Maximilian Frischmuth was born in Dortmund. From 2014 to 2020, he studied law in Berlin and London as a scholarship recipient of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom. After passing his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at Galen Attorneys at Law. He completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court, including placements at the Neuruppin Public Prosecutor's Office specializing in combating corruption and with various criminal defense lawyers in Berlin. He has been a licensed attorney since 2023 and is part of the team of attorney Dr. von Galen and attorney Schaefer.
