Insolvency court, administrator, and public prosecutor&#039;s office.<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delaying insolvency proceedings is often not triggered by a traditional criminal complaint, but rather by the systemic logic of the insolvency process itself.
