Dr. Margarete Countess von Galen was born in Cologne and has been a licensed attorney since 1983. She has been a certified specialist in criminal law since 1998 and received her doctorate from Humboldt University of Berlin in 2004. She advises and defends companies and individuals in matters of white-collar crime, compliance, and professional conduct law, and has been active in national and European legal policy for decades.
